Morning Session

Starting at 7.30 in various hotels across Belfast City centre morning devotions will be lead by a number of Northern Ireland’s Leading Bible Teachers. Each day registration will open at 8am at the Waterfront Hall Belfast, during this time there will be tea and coffee available. At 9am on Thursday the Gettys will lead us in morning worship with teaching by Michael Ramsden, the International director of Ravi Zacharias Ministries an economist turned Bible teacher / evangelist of international renown.

Afternoon Session

The plenary sessions consist of two channels, the first will be lead by Krish and Lee with other senior CBMC colleagues while the second will be lead by Amy and Andy aimed at young professionals. Later in the afternoon the regional gatherings and CBMC International celebration gives CBMC members the chance to catch up on what God is doing through each other around the world.

Evening Session

After a relaxing dinner at selected restaurants around Belfast the evening session gets underway with praise and worship being lead by Northern Ireland's own internationally renowned singers/song writers Keith and Kristyn Getty.
Hear the personal account of how faith in God shaped the political and professional career of a local Statesman.
Be energised by the thrill of Northern Ireland's cultural music and dance.
Be inspired as Krish develops today's theme with a practical 'How to ..... declare extra-ordinary hope'.

Friday 22nd June 2018

Morning Session

Start the second morning hearing from some of Northern Ireland's leading Bible Teachers (who will also be members of our Convention Pastoral Team) as they lead us in morning devotions.

Keith and Kristyn will again lead our worship as we lift our voices in adoration to our Lord, the Hope of the Nations. Michael will once again focus our attention on God's word revealing truths and instructions around today's theme. This morning we will have the joy of listening to some CBMC colleagues share their stories of God's faithfulness.

Afternoon Session

Channel 1. Krish & Lee along with some other senior CBMC colleagues will develop today's theme
Channel 2. Amy & Andy will be joined by a veteran of the Irish banking world David McCabe who will share his story of sharing Christ in the corporate world during his journey to the Boardroom and his lifestyle choice of stewardship and witness. This Channel has been tailored to be part of our Young Professional's stream.

Evening Session

Keith and Kirstyn will again lead us in an evening of celebration and worship. Krish, will inspire us in the 'How to' of 'Declaring Extra-ordinary Hope' in the Workplace. Be inspired as we hear from local Christians who endeavour to share their faith in their workplace.

This relaxed post Convention event will provide an opportunity for our Young Professional attendees to both unwind and enjoy some of Northern Ireland's leading local contempary Christian musical talent while debating issues of ethics, lifestyle choices and counter-cultural engagement.

Morning Session

Start the final day hearing from some of Northern Ireland's leading Bible Teachers (who will also be members of our Convention Pastoral Team) as they lead us in morning devotions. Start this our last morning with corporate worship lead by the Gettys.

Prof John Lennox another local Christian who has an international ministry standing up for Biblical truth in some of academia's elitest circles. John will lead us in expounding God's word reflecting on our theme for the day - Declaring Extra - ordinary Hope in Culture. Delight in the testimonies of fellow CBMCers.

Make sure you have purchased your ticket for one of the several tours on offer today. Soak in the sun on an open topped bus while viewing the sights of Belfast past and present. Experience the reality of life in the Belfast Shipyard home of the Titanic at the international award winning Titanic Center. Get to grips with Ireland's past with a visit to the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum - This interactive visitor's centre will allow you to 'Toe the line' in the village school or look in wonder at the legendary brushed stainless steel Deloran gull winged sports car manufactured in Belfast 'back in the future'!
